Creating, Coaching and Keeping an “A Team”
Creating an “A Team” only happens when effort is put in to give your team the “Four E’s” Without investment in these four areas a team will rarely, as a whole, work together as high performers to create an exceptional medical practice with their physician(s) This presentation will not only cover the “Four E’s” but also will demonstrate what you need to achieve them.
