May is Foot Health Month

Each year our profession has a national opportunity to promote foot health awareness. This year is no different and we hope that you will all participate. We have put together some resources to help you promote the value of foot care professionals and the benefits of foot and ankle health.

CFPM Annual Conference Registration Now Open!

CFPM's Annual (Virtual) Conference is scheduled for November 11 to 13, 2021. Registration is now open for Exhibitors/Sponsors.

The Conference Committee has begun working on the program and will be announcing topics and speakers starting in June. Visit our website often for updates.

CFPM Launches 2021 Webinar Series

The Canadian Federation of Podiatric Medicine (CFPM) has officially launched its webinar series for 2021 starting with HR Expert Jodi Zigelstein-Yip's presenation of Managing your Time and Personal Energy

Webinars will  run February to June and then September to November and will cover practice management and clinical topics. Attendees will receive one continuing education credit for each webinar attended. Webinars are free to CFPM members and $25 for non-members.

CFPM 2020 Annual General Meeting is Virtual

On Friday, January 29, 2021, the Canadian Federation of Podiatric Medicine will hold a virtual Annual General Meeting. Members in good standing are strongly encouraged to attend.

We Are Going Virtual

Thank you to everyone who has reached out to us recently inquiring about whether or not we will be proceeding ahead with the Annual Conference in November. The pandemic has forced us to re-evaluate our plans.

Since it is looking very unlikely that large gatherings of any kind will be possible in 2020, the Board of Directors has decided to move the event from live to virtual.

Therefore, we are very excited to announce that we will be delivering our annual conference via a digital platform that promotes inclusiveness, learning and engagement. We will even have a virtual trade show!

The Annual Conference Committee is now busily working on getting speaker commitments and putting a robust program together. We ask you to block off November 12 to 14. What is particularly exciting about this year's event is the potential to attract delegates from the far reaches of Canada.

We will be opening up registrations by mid-July but in the meantime, here is an overview of the conference schedule:
