Dr. Howard Penn
Dr Howard Penn currently practices podiatric medicine and surgery in Buffalo, New York for the past 32 years. He is board certified in foot surgery by the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Shockwave therapy has been a very effective treatment modality in his practice for the past 20 years for a variety of musculoskeletal ailments.
Dr. Penn has been using the Electro Medical Swiss Dolorclast system for the past 13 years and received his training in Germany with orthopaedic surgeons for all musculoskeletal indications. He has been a frequent lecturer both nationally and internationally over the past several years sharing his expertise in shockwave therapy as well as training physicians in workshops.
